Visual resistance to noise

I work with both analog and digital photography, exploring themes of emptiness, silence, and minimalism. Human presence is almost absent from my frames — I’m drawn to space itself, cleared of events and noise.

Nature feels closer to me, but I mostly photograph in urban environments — a necessity that has become a practice of attentive observation. I seek simplicity and silence where it seems they shouldn’t exist — among walls, windows, shadows, and light.

I shoot on film because it demands slowness and a surrender of control. I don’t edit my images, allowing light and the moment to speak for themselves. I turn to digital cameras only when necessary, following the same principles — minimal intervention and maximum honesty.

My photographs don’t offer answers — they create a space for pause. I aim for images that don’t shout but instead evoke a quiet, deep presence.
